NOTABLE TRAITS: A Born Leader. He was bred to command, as said by his instructors when he was a young child. Good spirited, great with a wrench, he knows his way with women, except the ones that want him dead or attempt to kill him themselves. Quite the womanizer as all his friends know. He's an honest man, a little too honest maybe, he will hurt your feelings or bring you up with his words and people have said that his presence alone inspires greatness from other marines. Judging from his looks one can tell that he has been through a lot of hardships.

PERSONA: Xur is the general idea of a good soldier, having been born into a military family, showing great aptitude with leadership on and off the battlefield, and seemingly able to keep a cool head under dire circumstances. He is able to assess situations faster than some of the most accomplished analysts and devise a way to either defend or counter-attack. By the time he's 40 he could be the most successful commander this military has ever birthed. He would show insubordinate behavior if given orders that would jeopardize his lead, the well being of his team, or if those orders are down right just stupid which would result some time in the brig or a brief riot during preparations. This kind of behavior somewhat clashes with those of the brass, others overlook it and allow him to revise plans due to his hands on experience.

Birthplace/Nationality: Martian-American. Born on an American colony stationed on Mars 22 years before the Tajaran Workforce Rebellion. He received full citizenship at the age of 3 due to his father being an official of Nanotransen Military.

HISTORY: This man has had many experiences in such a short time more notable than the most decorated of commanders. Serving within the USCM Corps since he was two months shy of 18, he saw a great many things, some of which would cause a man to take his own life. At the age of 20 he began his service upon the N.M.V Hell Fire, and has been deployed on many missions, he made friends, and then he lost friends, soon he was the only one of his original team that was left, being deployed on missions to various planets the homed a carnivorous insectoid species. This affinity to stay alive during those times, commanders saw this as skill, and not luck, thus giving him a promotion to corporal 1st class and leading his own team. During this time he met a pair of marines that kept his view on things clear when the shit hit the fan, these two marines would much later in his career become respected members of his unit, Lewis Calhoun and Kelly Mason. They quickly became acquainted with each other, as their paths crossed a few times during the ''Raid of Klendathu''. A time where he experienced his first orbital shock drop into the heart of the enemy territories. It was a bloody mess for those who didn't stick with his group as they mowed down the bugs in droves. There he saw Lewis fighting off a pack of bugs while Kelly tried to patch a leg wound on herself. Xur quickly broke off from his team and assisted them, robusting his way through a few bugs to reach them, he asked Lewis to grab Kelly, and he will cover them as they fell back to the main battle group. Shooting the incoming bugs with precision he found his M41a Pulse Rifle out of ammo. As he was about to change the clip a larger insect saw its opportunity and slashed Xur cross the chest. Standing through the pain as the front of his armor fell to the ground he spat in one of the ''Bug's'' many eyes staggering it and shoving a grenade into its mouth. After the discharge, Xur found himself covered in bug juice and being dragged to the main battle group by Lewis and later treated by Kelly, that war was won later along that timeline. At the age of 24 he was a battle tested marine, having both experience and a high success rate under his belt. he was approached by his own father Central Commander Xerphen to be apart of his personal special operations team known through the corps as Black Cats. During this time he has went on 11 black ops mission being the only one of his team to live after 6 also gaining the nickname ''Ghost''. and leading his own team of special ops agents for the last 5 missions. In his days with the Black Cats he met a military doctor named Mark Hanford who served upon the N.M.V Sulaco. The meeting felt strange at first due to Mark's open personality and free spirit to drinking Spiced Rum, but the two had a few drinks and had a good time, sharing stories of numerous encounters and also had a mutual friend in the core. Mark also had the honor of overseeing Xur's prosthetic procedure with the help of another good friend Armandow Harrow whom Xur has befriended during his shore leave on earth. By the age of 25 he was selected to accompany a Nanotransen Higher-Up named Harrison Ford VII ,who was next in line to become the C.E.O. Being the target of numerous assassination attempts, Xur has been able to keep him alive and even took the incoming fire of a Mark IV Longshot Energy Rifle thus resulting in the loss of his right arm, which later has been replaced by a very pricey but custom chrome steel prosthetic. Over the years he has kept the maintenance upkeep himself and later his soon to be squad mate Dolores Waits, only trusting her with the upgrades and customizations other than himself. By the age of 27 he began his service upon the N.M.V Sulaco where he began his service as Sergeant 1st Class, leading old and new faces as leader of Bravo Company, whom later became a very famous team known as The Banter Squad. Xur and his team has seen a great of many things together, being one of the only teams to have been deployed on over 50 missions, and displaying a very low casualty rate. He has taken a few rookies under his wing as well, which in time he feels will become specialists in their fields, such as Jeser Auschwitz and Jim Sanders.

RELATIONS: Xur's immediate relations would be to those of his family, his now deceased father Xerphen Dergens II(61), his mother Arrellis Dergens (age 56), his two brothers Furvorus,and Aronus, and lastly his sisters Elliona and Marina. Xur himself has 2 twin daughters, Erina, and Madylen. His ex-wife Lydia was divorced and later targeted by rebel insurrectionists as a pull to make Xur give a lump sum of his family fortune. She was killed after Xur refused to negotiate with terrorists and has the compound she was held bluespace bombarded for 2 hours killing all involved with the kidnapping. His children are now taken care of by his younger sister Marina. Xur also has had many involvements with Tajaran females, among them all 4 of them bore half breed children. Baffled by this he only claimed one of them for himself and gave the other three enough money to keep their mouths shut. His most noted relations are not with his family but with his squad instead.
