Born somewhere is space not sure when was taken to some messed upacademyin which he studied medicine but after year he lost it for experimenting on human hearts, his idea was to make it more resistant to bullets and to create blood in case any arteries or veins were pierced, in end about 500 people died before he was stopped. Now working at Sulaco he seems to be doing experiments again but no one has found any evidence...for now.
