Adan was born to his parents, Lother Jones and REDACTED, in a small town in California. As life would will it, he grew up in an abusive household with little to no support or love from his father. From birth to the age of twelve, Adan and his mother lived in fear of Lother, as he paraded around a drunk abusive man. Then one day, Lother just vanished, never to be seen again.
After his father had disappeared, Adan continued living his childhood to the best he could, but could never escape the reality of growing up so abused. Once he had turned sixteen, he had taken up a job to help support his single mother to the best of his extent. Soon after he graduated high school, his mother passed away unexpectedly. Adan no longer had a purpose in his life, except when one day he was approached by Weyland Yutani with a small job offer to tour the frontier as a liaison, which he gladly accepted to escape the realities of his life.

Adan had toured the frontier, filled with moments of fear and excitement, it's almost as though his past had finally stopped chasing him. He was normally stationed with a small entourage of colonial marines, as the frontiers weren't always the most friendly of places. Being a liaison touring the frontier, he didn't have a lot of time to begin a life, as he was always on the move to where-ever Weyland wanted him. One day, he happened to be sent to a small colony, LV-221, where it was beginning out.
While on the said colony, he found a nice woman, who he immediately fell in love with. It was almost as though they clicked instantly, and he requested for Weyland to give him the time to stay on the colony, which they begrudgingly allowed. As he turned twenty four, it almost looked like his life was finally going his way, with him married to a nice lady and a son on the way, but of course we all know there aren't happy endings in this world.
While on the said colony, he found a nice woman, who he immediately fell in love with. It was almost as though they clicked instantly, and he requested for Weyland to give him the time to stay on the colony, which they begrudgingly allowed. Everything was looking up for Adan, he had a son, a beautiful wife, a good job. Everything he wanted was finally there. Even though he had a son and a wife on the planet, he still had a job to tour the frontier for Weyland, and they wanted him back. As time went on, the threats of the frontiers slowly got more real. He was becoming an alcoholic, and the chances he had at home, he spent them in a mood. One day, he made a mistake he'd never wish to repeat again, and soon after he did it, the domestic violence charge was put on him, and his wife got their son.
Right as it looked like he had everything, it all came crashing down around him, and he had to seek a new outing in life, so he looked towards the things he's always been interested in.

LV-143 Incident;

Adan doesn't prefer to talk much about this incident, as it left a irremovable stain on him, but he was once caught telling the story to one of his peers, during a bit of R&R. The story is as follows.
Sergeant A.;Yeah.. the shit really fucked me up.
Private D.; I heard about it, but not a lot of people talk about it. What happened?
[silence]
Private D.: Sir?
Sergeant A.:I did some fucked up things. I.. the fucking terrorist had the colony in their grips. We didn't know who was a terrorist and who wasn't.
[more silence]
Sergenat A.:.. a kid, he uh.. he walked up to me and my squad while we were patrolling. He asked me if I could help him find his parents. I said yeah, of course.
Private D.: Did you?
Sergenat A.:.. he pointed us in the general location, and I took Private Jenkins and Corporal Lanorr with me. God, Jenkins was a good lad.
Private D.:.. was?
Sergenat A.: We found the place, thought it was empty. The second we got to the door, we heard crying inside. Jenkins peeped in, two hostages and three combatants. God, I fucking hate hostage situations.
[silence for a minute]
Sergeant A.: After Jenkins told me what was happening, I went to radio for backup, but they must've heard us or something, I don't know, and they opened fire. They.. they killed Jenkins instantly, no mercy or remorse.
Private D.: What.. what did you do?
Sergeant A.: .. I did what any squad lead would do in that situation. I grenaded the house. I..
[Howard leaves the room, leaving their peer in silence]

Charlotte 'Fortune' Deline; One of the few medics that stand out constantly, mainly for her feline gestures. Can always trust her to do her part, but most people don't like the meowing. And the nodding.
Samantha 'Patches' Clark; Close enough to him to be his sister, and he considers her his sister either way.
Murdoch Machowicz; One of the best MPs Adan knows, always willing to lend a helping hand.
Garth Pawolski; A hero of FOB builds, one of the best Engineers the USCMC can offer.
Heinz 'Wulfe' Meuller; Honestly, what can I say? A neo-nazi type've commander who gets work done. On one hand, he's obviously a nazi, but on the other he's the commander. What can ya' do?
Chen 'DiscoKing' Westinton; After a long operation and spilling his secrets, he told Adan he wished he had a brother. Thus began their friendship, when Adan BECAME his brother.
Rusty Wheeler; That one guy who Adan served with for a bit, who loves M37s to the superior M41As.

Nyxia 'Fifty' Cals; Nyxia is an odd case, due to their tendacy to try to the best on the battlefield. Sometimes leads to near-death experiences, but sometimes turns out alright. 'sometimes'.
Duke 'Oddshot' Stroh; The days of Commander Stroh were good ones, but sometimes he made those small mistakes in orders, leading to an overwhelming defeat. 10/10 good guy.
Dolthgar 'Fire' Folk; The days that Adan and Folk bullied the shit out of Lother Jones for being bald were the best days around.
Damon Shepard; An old fellow who helped Adan out in times, but most times he's just a snarky high-rank who probably hasn't been in actual combat.
Elena 'Tofu' Mei; I don't know what kind've Tofu she eats, but she apparently is dummy thicc, just saying. And I guess she's also a fairly decent medic.
Caryl 'Giggler' Bernhaben; i swear to god this guy giggles every FUCKING operation, and you know who giggles? girls. thus Caryl is cursed to always be a dirty giggler amongst men.
Valentina Garilovich; A mysterious woman, Adan doesn't know much about her. Though she is pretty nice to serve with, always nice to hold a conversation with.
Madison Delaney; One of those medics who has to constantly patch up Adan, the fiery red hair standing out to him. (also has a stinky robo limb)
Ashley Rugaria; He shared a coco bar with her once, and from then on normally eats lunch with her when available and following her into combat.
Joe 'Broccoli' Campbell; A friend Adan made during his Liaison routes, always there if he needs a good talk. (also stole like 4 assault ships, like how the hell)
Ray 'Zero' Robinson; That one guy who always manages to grab Adan out of danger. (might be his son, who knows)
Ed Trevor; The dudeski who was always there for Adanski during his times of distress. 10/10 Edski.
Simon 'ATOM' Sanford; The guy who will charge and fight with Adan with no fear, but for some reason thinks the RPG is the best specialist weapon? (which we all know isn't anymore)

Greg 'Hero' Calimotski; On a routine mission, Greg took a blow to his head which caused him to believe his blood was jelly upon his armor. He then stumbled up to Adan, asking him to lick it off, which caused Adan to sweat and say 'maybe next time'.
Hugh 'Man' Artling; he once paid the CL to tell him his grandmother died, and it turned out his grandmother HAD died, so he's on Adan's shitlist.
Yes, Adan has a history of near-death and almost dying circumstances.
