Background: Born on Valistan Station, a cargo hub and civilian layover orbiting a gas giant, Jennifer has sent nearly her whole life spacebound. The majority of her youth was spent on the station of her birth where her parents were maintenance technician, followed by a couple years onboard a luxury spaceliner, again as the ward of her engineering crewmen parents.

She spent a few years on a planetside colony after reaching adulthood, where she bounced between various jobs, and developed the smoking addiction that plagues her to this day. While cancer is thankfully no longer a concern at this point in history, the extreme nicotine addiction still is, and she had been known to get shakes when supplies are cut off.

She enlisted in the corps at the age of 22 after determining that life planetside felt strange and unnatural to her, while at the same time wanting more opportunities than spending her whole life patching up atmospheric shafts and reriviting corridors. After a couple years of promising service, she was promoted to squad engineer, but still has her sights set higher.

She is married to Micheal Glennhal, a cargo pilot she met several years ago. He is described by her as a bit of a pushover.

Jennifer is often brash and insulting when frustrated, and tends to have a short temper, but also is willing to make wisecracks when more relaxed. She had a tendency to overstep her authority on the ground when she thinks superiors aren't giving enough orders.

OOC: My main character so to speak, Jennifer is the one I use whenever playing Marines. While canonically she's an engineer, usually I just play her as a boot. Almost always she's in Charlie squad.
