Psychological Evaluation: Sergeant Ico displays an astute level of pragmatism when dealing with stress. His outlet is practical solutions, in his words, "methods that keep the cogs turning." In my opinion, Darius seems to be hard-shelled, not unlike most of the marines here who have seen multiple tours. Could be indication of PTSD, but nothing else in his file, or in discussions with him seem to indicate he is compromised or even suffering in any way, shape or form. He cracks jokes, seems stable, for the moment. He has admitted he can get into arguments with other crew before. Based on what I've heard over his comms, Sergeant Ico has a no tolerance policy for negligence. That said, it's of the medical opinion that this is mostly a facade. Darius has been reported to be fair to other crew if they're of level head. I think if Sergeant Ico remains with the right crowd, he'll go far here.

Last Name: Ico
First Name: Darius
Middle Initial: R.
Date of Birth: April 15th, 2156 [2156/4/15]
Origin of Birth: Thessaloniki, Greece [moved to California at age three (3)]
Height: 6FT 3IN
Weight: 201 lbs.
Citizenship: United Americas
Ethnicity: Belgian, Greek, Portuguese.
Build: Average
Hair Color: Dark Brown/Black
Skin Color: White
Eye Color: Brown
Assignment: Operator
Recruited: 2179/5/28
Dossier Report:
Darius Ico grew up in poverty in Southern California after being moved from Thessaloniki, Greece with his family. His parents divorced when he was four, his mother killed in a car accident a few years later. His father, Alexander Ico, was a surveillance technician for his former nation of Greece. He lost that occupation and immigrated with his family to the United States. Due to laws and policies concerning his degree, he could not obtain similar employment and thus became a teacher at a local high school.
Darius graduated high school with above average marks, gained a scholarship to a University of California but declined to work in order to support his family with immediacy. Darius' father passed away two years later due to heart failure. Darius' sister married into the Warren family and is still in Baja (records of Darius' communications indicates he still writes regularly). Darius, at this point, joined federal agencies in the United Americas. Most of what follows is grunt work, training, etc.
Somehow, in that timeframe, Darius is seen next out of the country and in the Middle East. Our sources in the UA show that Ico ended up as a military contractor, working alongside militias, coordinating arms deals, aiding hits, the whole extra mile. Most of the documents are still being retrieved, Ico isn't exactly a high priority for us at the time. That said, when his contracts were up and Darius incidentally became unemployed by the UA officially, our people in the Sol system reached out, unofficially. Since then, Darius has served as an operator in multiple scenes. We apparently took him out of Sol so he could work with PMC's in the Eridani. When that wasn't his speed, Ico was assigned to a smaller team running small ops on the CLF. Dealings, combating the right insurgents, most of this is under Ico's belt at this point. He's been credited to be a very fast talker and attuned to this sort of business.
Ico, after the incident in Tychon, was assigned to the USS Almayer, not as an operator, but as a marine. He was authorized and ordered to keep his involvement with the company a secret, while proceeding to go through proper channels and enlist. He has gone through the proper training, boot camps in Eridani, and the like. As far as the Colonial Marines know, Darius Ico is a former contractor for the UA government who has found the will to serve his country again. And as far as the company and operations are concerned, Darius Ico is going to stay that way unless otherwise needed. He serves alongside those men, he watches their back, but in the event of catastrophe, we have someone on that ship on our side.
Recommended that Ico could also potentially serve as a Liason in trying times.

Beginning Message:
Hey, folks. This'll be a short list for now, but I'll update as I go. You wanted dossiers, but there's not exactly a line out the door for people willing to go into the private sector. A lot of the others wouldn't fit the bill anyway. Here's what I've gathered thus far.
[] Keiran Lawson. Incidentally, he's been one of the more reliable people on this boat, albeit an asshole. He'd fit right in with WY. Only thing that'd get him to turn over would be if the USCM failed on a grand stage. So good odds.
[] Barnabus Jones. Might be one of the toughest red-meat American marines here. Least likely to drop in combat, as far as I can tell. A reliable name to have on the roster. Unlikely to consider a different career path at this time, that said, if I found myself hand-picking a squad, Barnabus would be in my top three.
[] William Crimson. Reliable in the field as of late. Reconsidering my position on them.
[] Aestel Wellick. Arguably the most dependable Lieutenant Commander in the corps. If they're not on the ground, they're cleaning up after incapable CO's in the CIC. Couldn't be bothered to try to swing them to work for the company. It'd be a hail mary at best. Wellick is with the marines to the bitter grave. Probably wouldn't have it any other way.
[] John Donable. If Donable's name is on my squad roster, I'll be honest, I rest a little easier knowing there's one less goon about to shoot me in the back while checking their mags. Haven't seen them around lately. All the same, they're responsible and have a good head on their shoulders.
[] John Faust. Faust is an odd one. He's a proficient shot, AND command material. Almost unheard of. If Faust decides he wants to climb that ladder, he's more than capable of doing so. He'd make an alright officer. I do think his place is in Charlie, though. When it gets rough on an op, we need Faust on the line. Not in a chair a few thousand miles above the ground.
[] Lydia "Synth" Tournier. I've really just started getting to work with Lydia. They have medical expertise, combat experience, and is a Charlie regular. I think we get along well enough. Having her on board is definitely a warm welcome, along with Leon and Stiggs. If a time comes when I have to leave this ship for another assignment, it's going to be tough saying my goodbyes to those three. All in all, Tournier is one of the better marines here.
[] Lother Jones. Stern. A hardass, generally. If shit hits the fan, though, better to have Lother around than not. I'd throw him in the same boat as Whitey. They can hold their own, and when the chips are down, Lother is someone you can genuinely put a good bet on to get the job done. Whether directly or not, they've kept my squad out of hot water. Most of the good done groundside can be credited to Lother.
[] Cassius Klaus. A hardy MP, but in their position, it's not practical to engage them for recruitment purposes. One alarm goes off here and I'm grounded for good.
[] Christine Kennel. Kennel's very, very versatile. Practically a jack of all trades. Not my first round draft pick, but better than most of the bargain-brand marines strolling through the halls.
[] Park So-Hee. The most combat effective Staff Sergeant on this boat. I get the feeling their squad lets them down more often than not, though. The difficulties of having a good leader with shit back-up. Usually in charge of Delta or Bravo, So-Hee is usually given the more combat-oriented details on ops because the brass know they can handle themselves. Worried this might catch up with them sooner or later.
[] Kate Wooley. MT's don't think about joining another group unless they're getting paid less than the shit they already make. Doubt Kate is any different. Still, good with wiring.
[] Uriel "Whitey" Turner. Better men have tried to kill Whitey and failed. Could maybe convince him to go private if the time is right. On multiple occasions, Whitey and I have ended up dealing with shit combat details along with Charlie or Delta, and every time, he's stepped up when something needed doing, for better or for worse. No one's watching comms and we're being beset on all sides by combatants? Whitey's holding the tower solo. Somehow, he keeps making it out alive. That can't be written off. He's a valuable player on the field.
[] Audrey Aulin. Still just getting to know Aulin. For what they're getting paid as a combat medic, they could easily be making more money in the Almayer's medbay. Or in your case, in privatized medicine. Seems to be a Charlie regular as of late, and while Mei and Tournier are both reliable medics, I can't in my right mind turn away Aulin knowing Bravo barely knows how to tie their shoes, let alone fire a rifle.
[] Elena "Tofu" Mei. Mei's great. She's got a bright personality and, more importantly, is a medic who knows what the fuck they're doing. Seemingly far and few these days. I just hope they decide to stick around Charlie for a bit longer.
[] Rico Bannon. Bannon and I haven't had a lot of run-ins together. On an op a couple months back, though, Bannon and I were the only ones from our temp squad to make it out, injured and, well. Injured would be putting it lightly. We were bleeding out waiting for that extraction. CLF could've been around any corner, and Bannon was a welcome presence. We got out, obviously. If Bannon ever decides to become Charlie's permanent Smartgunner, I wouldn't even have to hesitate to sign off on the transfer.
[] Heinz "Wulfe" Mueller. I didn't really know what to think of Commander Mueller when this started. The German schtick wasn't really my vibe. However, Mueller knows what he's doing. When he was a Lieutenant, he was on the ground as much as he was pulling shifts in the Overwatch chair. He fought alongside us, which goes a long way with me. When he was promoted, it wasn't unexpected. Meuller's, surprisingly, not crazy. German and eccentric, maybe. But if they wake up Mueller as the Commander, there's a good chance we're all going home at the end of the day. Given his position, I don't think he'd be willing to consider a change in careers for some time.
[] Ritona Sterling. Good marine, known for falling asleep on the job, though.
[] Jackson "Stiggs" Hopper. Hopper's a good engineer, a good shot, very personable, and a Charlie regular. Between him, Lydia and Leon, any of the three are a welcome sight at breakfast. There used to be a time, early on, when I wasn't sure if Hopper was going to cut it out here. After reconsideration, I believe Stiggs is more than capable of surviving this tour in the Outer Rim. Probably even a couple more. I think this place, these missions, can take a toll on him. Charlie's inseparable, though, and Hopper's got a good group to back him up. Myself included.
[] Daniel Kingfisher. As of late, a solid drinking buddy. I know you're probably going to glaze over this, but if you're in need of a pilot, Kingfisher is probably your best bet. Daniel as a flight crew partnered with just about anyone else is enough to keep me from getting worried when the Alamo starts tipping sideways. He's battle-hardened, and has flown most of the ops we've been on since we arrived in the Outer Rim. Whether he can hold himself up in a fight is of little consequence; he can fly better than most. For what it's worth, I trust him.

Alright. Well, here we are. This is the most recent update. If it comes to who you should prioritize, especially in a mission critical scenario (god forbid), here's Ico's first round draft picks. Top to bottom. I'll try to be objective as I can. This is based almost exclusively on my own experiences with these individuals, seeing their combat ability, their minds, their personalities, and how well they work with others. But, also, just who I think you need to evacuate and recruit if (again, god forbid) something goes wrong on the Almayer.
