General Summary (M. Romano):
Fisher received heavy counseling following her discharge and return to civilian life. Her file indicates she suffered from severe PTSD and engaged in tremendously risky behavior in the two years following her discharge. Dr. Keegan points out the loss of her squad, her husband, and the majority of her daughter's childhood as practically irreconcilable issues. Upon learning that her former husband's wife had passed away leaving their two children in foster service, Fisher engaged completely in all available counseling services in order to become a viable foster parent.

Current issues with anger remain but are only prevalent under extreme duress while Fisher feels helpless. Performs better under pressure when given more responsibility and/or ability to react. Depression is under control via periodic therapy sessions. Apparently still enjoys marriages and divorces for the “thrill of it all." Capable of separating from personal life while deployed.

Follow-up sessions show Fisher has continued to perform well with counseling. She is capable of handling further responsibilities and would perform adequately in leadership roles.

Wanda Fisher: Well shit, Soph's like 23 now so she doesn't care too much. Billy and Jimmy are doin' fine and actually seemed pretty supportive of the idea. Ma and all my aunts and uncles voted in favor at our last family reunion. Specially 'ol uncle Wolfy. Anywho, some of the cousins voted no but the ones who did are from New Jersey so no one takes 'em seriously anyways.
MR: Your family took a vote? On this very personal decision?
WF: Oh of course. We are a really democratic bunch, which is why every damn year we have to listen to Aunt Bess and Auntie Mae sing karaoke at the family reunion. The aunties got a powerful votin' bloc and the younger ones in the family are just waitin' for more of them to die so we can finally put an end to the damn madness.
MR: Uh, so, uhmm. Do you actually want to reenlist? Personally. Of your own volition.
WF: Yup. Wasn't my idea to begin with. Ma suggested it. Said the times I was a marine was the times when I was most put together and stable. And lookin' back on it myself? When I was happiest. Purposeful. Sure I was still havin' my fun but it was nice feelin' like I was good at something. Not wasting my time, waiting for it to go by. And doing something worthwhile. With the right people.
MR: So what do you hope to gain this time?
WF: I'm not good at much. Done some odd jobs and spent time as a shit mom to my poor brats. But I try my best. Being a marine brought out the best I got. So I'm hopin' to be my best self again.

Arlington, VA. United States Colonial Marines Director of Communications Lieutenant General Gerard Norton fielded questions at USCMHQ late last night following reports that one of the USCM's four Okinawa-class carriers has been lost. A series of distress signals sent from the USS Tremolino were intercepted by various outlets, which LTG Norton confirmed as its final communications. LTG Norton assured reporters that all available spacecraft were already conducting a rigorous search and rescue operation in the sector where the USS Tremolino was reportedly stationed.

LTG Norton established that the USS Tremolino was reporting massive system-wide power failures on board, with initial findings pointing towards operator error in use of the experimental Westingland fusion reactor which had been installed several months prior. Several escape pods were recovered, though the names of the survivors have not been released. LTG Norton warned the public to expect the worst, as the majority of the wreckage is thus far uninhabitable. He indicated that the USS Tremolino was equipped with numerous life-support housing units for its crew, but were unlikely to have been jettisoned due to power failure. The crew manifest will not be released, and when asked how many casualties to expect, LGT Norton replied "at least ten thousand souls." Westingland has not yet commented on this story.

I've already put off posting on this for too long. I lack the words to describe just how amazed I am. Every attempt sees me meandering into unfocused babbling.
The countless hidden song links, the references to past rounds, the information density, it's all here. Anyone who cares for the parts of dossiers that aren't shout outs to other players will find something to enjoy here. And even those who do search each dossier for their own name and move on can enjoy that.
Others, in their dossiers, have written great backstories for their characters that I've thoroughly enjoyed reading. You managed to keep me reading the same 4 or 5 lines for over an hour! And im still thinking about them.

For those curious (and I so very much regret finding this out before this was posted) there are hidden references that some sharp Charlie regulars might pick up on. I won't spoil anything, but there are definitely connections to be made.

I have numerous theories and questions about aspects of Wanda's past.

What happened in USA v Gardner?
Why do her, her mother, and her grandmother have such high divorce counts?
Was she put into cryo at birth and then left there for 55 years!?
How did the woman who later adopted her 'find' her after so long?
Did she donate or receive organs as implied by DCDD (needed help with that one)? Was she part of some human experimentation project?
I figured MSY.LA.UA perhaps referred to a division of some UA. Reasearch lab. But it makes morse sense for LA to refer to a state in the UA, which makes MSY an airport code. Specifically the Louis Armstrong Airport in Louisiana. Wad an infant wanda perhaps born here and put into crypt for transport only to get lost? Is this a The Terminal situation where Wanda is from a country which ceased existing during her transit?

At this point I have thrown attempts at succintness out the window, it's nearly 2 am. I need to sleep.

I'm glad you enjoyed it even though I didn't include you (YOU'RE IN NOW!). The ()'s and []'s are supposed to be visually messy to draw attention to the "messy" parts of Wanda's stupid past.
