• BIOGRAPHY:

Medicine ran in the blood for the Rathens family. Her Mother was a well-established Surgeon, whilst her Father was a Cyberneticist. The two met while studying for their majors and got married the day of their graduation, settling down in the Sea of Tranquility. Shortly after settling down, they soon had Rais Rathens, and followed by Gero Rathens. They had planned to stop there, but accidentally had a third child eight years down the line, named Phi Rathens. Much like her parents, she excelled in school, quickly advancing to programs for gifted children

Growing up with two much older brothers, Phi was always one for roughhousing despite the immense size and weight difference, like a Terrier among Pitbulls. Despite their bickering and fighting, however, she developed a very close bond with her older brothers. When they both ended up joining the USCM when Phi was merely 10, it became her dream to join up and fight alongside her Brothers. Whenever their tour brought them back, they would feed her stories of their galactic triumphs in the corps, further fueling her interest.

As Phi grew into a young woman and started looking at careers, she contemplated starting a doctorate, but disliked the impersonal nature of most modern medicine. She wanted something hands-on, something personal. Her teen years had made her more bitter regarding the USCM—particularly because of Weyland-Yutani—but if it meant making a difference, she would suffer their evils. Highschool was not kind to Phi, however, and she was later diagnosed with chronic depression and put on a therapy cycle for life.

At age 18, Phi joined the Corps. She graded high enough to join the aeronautics program, but her heart was set on medicine. She completed her training by 20, and had her first tour, starting off as a combat medic. Things started looking up for her when her squad was pinned by UPP fire, and she helped rally the squad into a charge that ended up decisively ending the encounter. She entered officer school at 22, earning the rank of First Lieutenant by 24, faster than most, but not unreasonably so.

Jayda Wilson - A great medic buddy to have around, and overall capable marine. Any OP I get where Jayda is awake is a good op. Mlem.
Jackson 'Stiggs' Hopper - A pretty great guy in all honesty. Even with his teasing I can't help but prefer his company, and he's not bad at what he does either.
Jayne 'Ambulance' Staymates - Someone who has always had my back in triage, and in the corps in general. The whole squad suffers when she isn't around.
Cassius 'Santa' Klaus - He can be pretty cold sometimes, but deep down I know he cares for his fellow marines. He's a great leader when he wants to be.
Stanislaw 'Curse' Ganowicz - Every time my squad gets overwatched by Curse, I am glad. The only member of command staff I would happily march into death for.
Daniel 'Exo' Aye - I don't know him too well yet, but he has been very kind and friendly, and that's more than I can say for most marines.
Elena 'Tofu' Mei - A good medic, and a good friend. She can be a little too selfless sometimes, much like me, so maybe that's why I like her so much.
Lydia 'Synth' Tournier - The woman who first took me in when I was a fresh and green private. Were it not for her, I probably never would have found a home in the corps.
Hans Meier - A great friend, someone who will have your back no matter what, run through a minefield to bring back your battered, bleeding corpse. Someone worth dying for.
Nicole May - A good friend, and a great medic. Many a long night has been rescued by Nicole's warm purrsonality.
Jin 'Gold' Okane - A really great soldier who pretends to be a bonafide badass, but I can see the warmth hidden deep down.
Yumi Shibanuma - Reminds me a lot of Jin, but not quite as cuddly. Bit of an ice queen, but if you can get her to warm up to you she can be a loyal friend.
Leon 'Ghost' Daemon - Someone I've always kind of secretly looked up to, sort of reminds me of my brothers. If you are reading this, don't let it go to your head. <3
Edward Quinn - Irreplaceable, someone worth dying for. I just wish he come out of his shell more!
Mikey 'Snatch' Anders - My Darling. What else is there to say? No battlefield is large enough to keep us apart.
Reinhard Shriver - Someone I have been on more than a few ops with now. He's got a heart of gold and he'l run through coals to pull you out of the fire.
Pierce Jackson - A dependable leader and overall good guy. Definitely someone who deserves to stay in a leadership position.
Billy 'Tex' Williams - An incredible CO and someone I have a great deal of respect for. One of the few commanders I will rarely question. I will always follow him into a charge.
Thomas Eckard - A great medic who ruffles some feathers, but does his job well. Has always been kind and courteous to me, and regularly gets in fights on my behalf. I kind of wish he wouldn't sometimes, but I can't deny it's charming.
Hailee Hunter - Teases me a lot, but it's all in good fun. It's hard to explain, but I just enjoy being around her a lot.
Evangeline 'Canary' 'Cion - A great bird and overall wonderful purrson to be around.
Elizabeth Nerdingale - A reliable friend, and maybe something more. I wish she was around more often. Great for nibbling.

A wonderful XO who thought a-like with me in many a-situation. Wasn't afraid to offer suggestions or just listen to everything I said, while expecting me to do all the work. I must say it was a pleasant time to work with her, a true leader at heart, and in my opinion, she has the qualities the USCM seeks for Commanders. Granted, I wouldn't argue if High Command kept her on with me, one of the most note-worthy XO's I've worked with.
