Notes From Supervising Staff: David has been though much improvement over the time he has spent in the USCM, At first we thought he Would bail out with minimum time and advance in College, Instead as a PFC he made the decision to advance in Rank and From that Point on He has Been more disciplined and his behavior has Acceptable.
Notes on Physical Attributes: SSGT Stormwell Has shown Above Average Marksmanship with almost any weapon and Is quite skilled in Hand to Hand Combat, He is a little clumsy with inventory management but makes up for it with organization and reflexes.
Psychologist notes: SSGT Stormwell is fit with a sound mind and Common Sense, Although he Is not Into anything Illegal such as Drugs or Alcohol normally, He does Seem to like Coffee A little to much for the regular Person.

Stormwell: Well Sir I was Raised on a Farm, We did not have to much money And I really wanted A higher Education And the USCM offered Benefits and So I joined, I was Used to Waking up Early on Time and Going asleep late, And I was runner and was Quite Strong, So I though I would be a Cake walk, Oh I was Wrong.

Stormwell: Well Sir...I really rather not say who, and others of higher rank Have as well, so I rather not say anything else on the matter

Stormwell: Yes I do admit as A PFC I was Not Very polite disrespectful and A little whiny, But As time Grew on I had More of A reason to Stay.

Stormwell: They Are Radicals, They could easily stay peaceful but no, They want Blood for all the Wrong reasons, Killing 2 Marshals and Skinning them Just proved it. They could just Bear Arms, But Do it in a Peaceful manner or Ask the Government for more Laws for their Own Freedom so that They can Build their own Militias in case the USCM could not respond fast enough, But If they want Blood then that's what might happen seeing the news.
