Persona: Rain spent 12 years of his life preparing for his mission, finishing medical school in 8 of those years and spending an additional four at the USMC Medical School. He is an accomplished surgeon and Doctor, he has 2 Doctorates, Neurosurgery and General Surgery. He has seen more blood in his 12 years then most people have seen in their life.

History: He was assigned to the Sulaco after he enlisted as a field surgeon in the USMC, he served as a Sulaco first responder and General Doctor. He saved the lives of countless marines, whether they just got punched and needed a bruise, or were missing half of their body. Only 1 marine ever died under Rain's care, and it haunted him for a while, it stayed in the back of his mind for the next four years. Rain was promoted to Chief Medical Officer when the previous CMO was beheaded by a Vox Raider. The first shift as Chief Medical Officer, the crew deployed to the planet LV-624. He lost 2 of his doctors who went down to the FoB and promised to never let any more doctors die under his command.

He chooses to always keep a patient alive, even if they wish to be dead, because he cannot allow himself to assist in the removal of life.
