Persona:
Timmins is known for his psychotic tendencies during combat as well as what can only be understood as pleasure while being under direct fire. Despite this he's rather collected in his mannerisms while not under stress. A generally robust marine who's dedication to the Corps and his comrades knows no bounds but the length of his life.

History:
Born in Amherst Virginia to Mr. Arthur Timmins & Mrs. Daisy Timmins. Attended Virginia Military Institute before joining the USCM. Little else is known about Timmins' personal life or time before joining the Colonial Marine Corps.

-Staff Sergeant Reno Story: Share a love of military gallantry and valor. Regarded by Timmins as one of the few competent Squad Leaders.
-Technical Sergeant Noah Kirchner: Although originally viewed by Timmins as an unprofessional buffoon, the two have since become good friends.
-Corporal Alisa Reis: An admiration of Reis' excellence in her profession and her rescue of Timmins from countless near-death situation has had a major impact on Timmins. Both share a deep interest in the health and safety of their comrades in arms.
-Corporal Tomas Svensson: A fresh transfer to the Battalion. At first the two were at odds, but Timmins quickly came to like their dedication.
-Corporal Zoey Lisile: Mutual acquaintances through Corporal Reis. The two have operated fairly regularly together.
-Corporal Patricia Pike: Saved Timmins, who in turn saved them. Timmins has attempted making romantic advances on Pike.
-Private First Class Soseki Hamada: A rookie that Timmins' has taken a shine too. They get along extremely well and Timmins admires their dedication.
-Private First Class Osalaa Wooki:Respected by Timmins for his age and skill. The topic of the Zulu-War seems to come up often between the two.
-Private First Class Athena Aggely: Timmins' pride and joy. Taught by Timmins the basics of being a 'good' marine, he has a fondness for Aggley even if not met in return.
-Private First Class Vasilia Kopchek: Friend of Timmins' from Basic Training. Was listed MIA after a failed Combat-Drop Operation on LV-178.
-Private First Class Ivan Kravchenko: Detested by Timmins. Out of all them men he has met, out of all the men he has killed; PFC Kravchenko is the most despicable. Timmins hates few things; Kravchneko is one.
-Doctor Anne Caudill: After frequent encounters and deep talks while on R&R, the two are close friends.

-Will panic when first put in stressful or dire situations but will progressively become more aggressive and psychotic as the situation progresses.
-Has developed Carpal tunnel syndrome and has minor to moderate trouble reloading and discharging his rifle while under extended exchanges of fire.
-Overwhelmingly willing to put himself in line of fire in order to make operation progress or assist squad-mates; even more so his friends, to the point of near suicidal escapades. Behavior is both a threat to his fellow marines and his own person.
