History: Rei is the sister to David Poward, who was a captain on Virgo Orbital Research Establishment for some time before he retired. She was in the same squad as him during their tour in the Nanotrasen military along with Harmony Pretchl. She was on V.O.R.E. as a xenobiologist for a time before her girlfriend ended up disappearing, transferring to Citadel Station 13 for a year to try and track her down only to find no hints of her friend's disappearance. She signed on with the marines now that she doesn't know what else to do with her life and might as well pass the time with some combat.

Relations: Probably is seen as an incompetent commander at times but Rei is much better on the ground than high above everyone in the Sulaco. An excellent doctor who doesn't give up on her patients and an engineer that won't stop trying to fix a power issue with the engine room.

Basic appearance: Red short hair, easily mistaken for a guy due to her small B-cups. What? What more do you want me to put here?

Likes: Machinery, the various fields of science, good armor, hard-hitting weapons, atmospherics, and mixing a good cryo mix.
