Complete overhaul of this dossier, it was very outdated and needed some fresh change of looks, I will try to add more things when I have the time (and new ideas).

The marine was made by pickupthecan (forum username) I added the colors, the USCM logo found it on the internet and I made the rest, I'll be adding more shortly
