Changing interface color aka Dark / Night theme

Hope this helps. Also hope this is not against rules.

1. First of all, head to C:\Users\*window_username*\Documents\BYOND\Skins\exadv1\spacestation13
   
   Or, when in-game, right click title bar > "Client" > "Edit Skin..."

2. Now, you should see these files, minus my backup one, inside the folder:
   
   
   
   ---
3. Open skin.dmf or skin.dme, both should lead to this window:
   
   Bunch of stuff inside the "Windows" frame.
   
   ---
4. Now, to the actual editing part.
   Copy & paste to create a backup skin.dmf is highly recommended.
   
   For the each of the following editing steps, you would follow these few steps first:
   
   Double click the object you wish to edit under "Windows".
   Right click on the screen above "Layout Controls".
   
   
   Check this image below for accurate and informative description of areas altered.

   1. rpane
      The topmost buttons. Wiki, forums, etc.
      
      "Edit rpane" > "Skin" tab > edit "Background" color

   2. infowindow
      The tabs, buttons and the small information window above chat.
      
      "Edit info" > "Appearance" tab > edit "Background" color and "Foreground" color
      
      You may also change colors of tabs in "Tabs" tab.

   3. outputwindow
      The chat window, the major white area on the screen.
      "Edit output" > "Appearance" tab > change "Background" color and "Foreground" color
      
      Note that changing chat background color may cause certain channels difficult to see, OOC, Deadchat and Alpha for example.

5. Save and done.

Alternative method (Windows)

1. Right click anywhere on your desktop.
2. Personalize.
3. Change color / theme (High Contrast, etc).

I tried this a while ago, downsides:

1. It erases text on interface buttons. (Can be partially countered by main method above)
2. it doesn't change the output window.
3. it's a window customization, it changes everything.

Im not getting the same window popup when I click on the dmf files. Is there something I need to download?

A night theme would be great, some contrast that is less jarring than max black/max.
