Robolimbs

Caught in a rut if your patient is missing a foot and you amputate the leg? Don't know how to attach a robotic limb? Lucky for you I know the answer! It is deceptively simple, and without being told, the procedure is hazy. The Wiki doesn't explain it at all so I will.

STEP 1) Cut off the limb with the circular saw. Self explanatory if you are missing a hand/foot.

STEP 2) Use the scalpel on the amputated area to clean it up. Can't attach a limb to a fubar stump.

STEP 3) Use the retractor to prep the stump.

STEP 4) Hemostat that thing up until it is ready.

STEP 5) Burn the sumbitch with the cautery.

STEP 6) Attach the limb.

Simple as pie, yes? Now, I may be confused, so the retractor -> hemostat could be reversed.

Not sure the hemostat is needed, but the rest looks correct.

I'm not entirely sure, but you might not need to amputate the entire limb. Just do all the preparation steps on the hand/foot stump and click on it with a prosthesis in hand.

That is correct IIRC.

Reminder that brute reparations can be done with a welder tool. Burn reperations can be done with cable.

I sometimes amputate the whole limb if it saves me a bone fracture surgery. I feel kinda bad about Adam Jensen-ing them, but it is more efficient if you're being boarded.
