I find you a pretty good person, Your Play style I like alot and you have been a good command when I was on the server. Although you do have your mistakes I find that you can easily fix upon them. So Upon a +1 from me.

Still you have lots to learn to be a Commanding officer... your communication of sending message to all squads is a bit slow. You need to be quick. All you're doing is typing. Also one major thing,I've seen marines ignoring your orders even the Squad lead. Try your best to be strong with them.
