Playing the beta right now with the orc war crisis and iron mode on. They are a few bugs like not being able to stop at towns during caravan contracts but overall it's great.

I got raped really fucking hard. Nobles are a pain in the ass in the beginning game. Even mid-game I'll take at least a loss or two.
