I've been playing CM from 2 dynamic IP groups, both my usual one and VPN that I use for work, for all my years here and no one ever had any problem with it, including you. No, we've announced in the past we do not allow VPN at all. The announcement may have been archived, so I'll update the rules, but our procedure has ALWAYS been to block VPN/Proxies as soon as they are discovered. Which, is what I'm doing right now.
