RP Wise

I think Mask 2 and 3 should really be reserved for veteran preds/council members.

Mask 1 should be used by our new bloods

Mask 4 should be used by our more blood thirsty types

Mask 5 and 6 are just generic I guess.

I would like to see some more mask types added, or alternatively, have the masks already sprited used by the council, to give them at least something to mark them out.

There are sprited Elder masks that could work. They look pretty cool, and could work for council

Frankly all I'd say if just the council should get a cape, the current masks and armor shouldn't be limited after the fact when they've been available since forever.
