Maybe I just have bad luck but in cases of severe lung damage any amount of dex or peri does nothing to stop patient death.
This is war, survival is your responsibility.

You can keep someone alive if you give them Inaprovaline and dexalin, just giving one out of the two won't save them.

You obviously have no idea what powergaming means.

*facepalm.

Dexalin is for stabilizing, dexalin PLUS heals the suffocation. You use one for erasing the suffocation damage completely, and the other for maintaining that low damage threshhold.
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

It can be a huge bitch if it's not caught really quickly.
"Memories can be vile. Repulsive little brutes, like children I suppose. But can we live without them? Memories are what our reason is based upon. If we can't face them, we deny reason itself! Although, why not? We aren't contractually tied down to rationality. There is no sanity clause. So when you find yourself locked down in an unpleasant train of thought, heading for the places in your past where the screaming is unbearable, remember: There's always madness. You can just step outside and close the door, and all those dreadful things that happened, you can lock them away. Madness... is an emergency exit."

If oxy damage is high you can reduce it through cpr or defibing. Get another marine to help you even

Doc vendors get 60 unit dexalin bottles, and making dex+ is just adding carbon and iron to it, which is extremely usefull in 10 unit pill forms.
If you ever wonder when did I really start hating incompetent people read Crab Spider's signature... I was that CMO.

Educate yourself, seek on the internet. Do a bit of roleplay. You may discover. I'll accept helping you out after you look for the answer yourself.

... So you're saying I don't know what it means, which means, ignorance, and you call me out on it, but you can't directly tell what it is. It's as though you're using YOUR definition of powergaming and applying it to the process I was talking about. Here's the thing, you don't say someone is wrong and not provide a correction or reason why they're wrong.

EDIT: Regardless, it IS an oversight. Someone noticed revolvers were giving out 20 pieces of metal in November 2016, and made a bug report about it, the amount of metal they give was reduced. As were boxes of shotgun shells, which gave 25000 units of metal in the autolathe. There's also an accepted suggestion where BmC stated he'll nerfed the amount of metal guns give provide. So, if it isn't powergaming, it's bug abuse.

The regular bullet will maybe bring you to yellow, probably not, give you some bleeding and that's it. Stick a bandage and you're fine. The AP round will break bones, cause organ ruptures and bring you to red or crit with just one round. God forbid if you get burst-fired.
Why the heck do you run around with your suit light off as a SNIPER. It's like the most important part of your uniform when fighting enemies that can see in the dark! AAAH
