Combat logs needs to be hidden that is the single most things why things get chaotic cause you see 50 logs of you firing your gun then a smidge line runs through giving orders and it get cloggeds back by even more combat logs. It's a hinder in rp on CM and im a bit surprised there isn't a update to filter that stuff out yet.

I never thought of it this way, i mean sure we'd all miss the weapon damage but it makes sense. I never wanted to try being a squad leader because most people for some reason just hate the idea of me asking or telling them to do anything for any reason.

It's not just the SL's orders that get lost in the noise, it's the rest of the squad giving information to the SL, or orders from Command, that also get missed easily.

When you're sitting around at the fob doing nothing then that's where you can do some neat interesting RP. Talk about Space 'nam, talk about your family back home. Just shoot the shit.

Other times I don't full on RP as a grunt on the ground, but try to inject small bits of character here and there through my play.
