The hardest part I reckon would be getting good footage. With how hectic rounds go it'll be tough to find footage of examples you'd want to make.
Current characters in use:
  • Andre Espinosa: Charlie Specialist
  • Li "Sino" Xu: PFC
  • Desmond Fey: Staff Officer

Yeah. I'd imagine that the easiest footage to record would be for most of the Marines, Staff Officer and map layout guides. Squad Specialists, Smartgunners and Squad Leaders would be a bit more tricky to get footage for due to their (usually) high popularity and low slot capacity. If all else fails, someone could just observe around the map and get some snapshots of the examples they'd need for the series.

I had the Idea of having an admin and a player work together on spawning weapons and tools in the thunderdome. Away from the Alymayer and planetside, completely free to work on any topic. (excluding the CAS and OB missions.)

Somethings can't be covered, but we could easily get the basics down and some more advance roles like medics, engies, spec, and SG.

Controls and basic gameplay mechanics should definitely be the first thing that you make a bootcamp video about, because I find that it's the hardest thing to explain to a baldie. You can say "press this button in this tab" or "hover over a button and see what it says on the bottom left", but a video is clearer and gives you more of a visual reference. This was already mentioned twice by KingKire and kazere, but just want to emphasize it.

Also, I agree that videos that cover bigger concepts would be great. However, I think it would be neat if there was some visual indicator with every concept video that indicates which roles something pertains to. It'd be a little small and in the corner of the video, so you can see if a law is more related to medical staff or something along those lines. It would just be a small bar during a segment of the video that relates to a specific department or role in the ship.
