'member when marines would shock themselves on the egrills, so engineers started putting up tables to prevent that, but marines would still find a way to touch the grills and then yell at the engineers
'member when medics and engineers were arch nemesis's because egrill burnt marines would eat up all of the medics time and burnkits, so some medics would resort to grabbing insulated gloves and sabotaging engineers autism grill forts resulting in near civil wars during operations
'member when the dropship(what was the name of the droppod and shuttle again? I forgot the names) wouldn't crash into the Sulaco when aliens sent it, resulting in shuttle ping pong
'member when the moment the aliens hijacked the shuttle everyone would rush to bring grenades and UGLs to the hangar to spam the fuck out of the shuttle
'member research grenades single handedly winning wars
'member the mad dash to build an egrill fence around DS1 the moment the aliens would call it. We used to compete to see which engineer could build a hangar defense the fastest
I 'member
Also this is probably one of the features I miss the most tbh.

Best part was that you'd leave while the ship explodes with the xenos still on it. Oh, and my favorite was the midi that would play. Made me feel like there was a true goal to accomplish or something like that.
