Yes, they do. One of the reasons you try to get survivor is not only because it's an objective for marines, but also so you get some good knowledge about xenos that you normally have to wait for. It's also for the RP, but getting that knowledge about xenos is good, although I find people usually ignore survivor's knowledge as the ramblings of an insane person. Makes sense ICly, but eh.

Remember, survivors are the most RPable role in the server. You basically get to decide within a few set parameters what you are, and you're allowed to soft antag the marines.

Just remember that the marines can shoot you if they can find an RP reason to, and their guns hurt real bad.

Could always try barricading yourself in at the predator ship and camp the ladder.

I've seen that done repeatedly with generally pretty good results.

I think they changed up the map so aliens can flank it from the eat now, so it might not work too well anymore
