Chemists can make Dermaline, Alkysine, Clonexadone, Imidazoline, Impedrezene, and BloodSuger pills, none of which are found in the medivends, all of which are extremely helpful.
Also this isn't normal SS13 where chemist is a dedicated role. You're foremost a doctor. You should be treating patients in your medbay not just sitting at the chem master. I fully understand the appeal of making these wonder drugs that can do everything, but I tihnk you're missing the key factor of balance. If you start making these bottles of hyper meds that can fix everything but IB and organ damage...which can be ignored with Peri QC...and seeing as you can MAKE QC now it's very feasible to have marines never evaccing if they're kept drugged, sprinkle tram in there and you do have a super pill so you have marines that just fight until they literally are incapable of movement.
For better or worse, that's not the point of the chem lab. The point of the chemlab is to make advanced medicine for the doctors to use to help in the medbay, and occasionally give some better/specialized medicine to the medics. Not make super blends. Like it or not, I can almost promise if this gets to be a regular thing now, you'll find chem mixes will start causing toxin damage, everyone will scream how it's unfair, but never blame the people that are trying to push the games mechanics to the limit, and I do consider making Peri/QC/Bica/Derma/Trico/Dex+/Tram pills. This is literally the very definition of a super pill.
Again, I think you seriously overestimate the value of these 'superpills'; the return on time investment just isn't that great, and medics trying to juggle multiple PFCs with 15U doses of quickclot and peridaxon sounds like a disaster waiting to happen and not particularly practical.
Bottom line, if you're alarmed by superpills, you should be hysterical about specialist pills that can be churned out rapidly and are significantly more effective than a super pill at treating the issue they're keyed to.
Like, I can have a pill bottle of pills that treat everything... or I can mint 4-5+ pill bottles of specialist pills in the same amount of time (and in general you really only need bicard and dermaline as curatives; dexplus to a lesser extent).

Ye, it's great for evaccing critically wounded in places far from the LZs, but it's also awesome for when you're cut off and your only way of evaccing is through CASevac. Provides for some awesome RP moments.

All I'm really saying is that these things tend to be overfixed, can we at least agree on that regard?
I would not be surprised if the right staff member saw these super pills in use they would be over fixed...which very well might nerf your specialist pills in turn. In all honesty I agree with you, specialist pills are way better then Peri/QC/Bica/Derma/Trico/Dex+/Tram super pills due to the time needed to produce and the dangers of overdosing is high, if the right person saw them being used and they were having a noticeably positive effect, I wouldn't be surprised to see something happen.

Again, I don't think the QC formula is going to have more than niche/situational use to resupply medics well into the round.
Then it's perfect and what I intended it for.
Super pills aren't an issue, takes too long to make them and usually don't get used or mostly wasted on cases that don't use more than like 30% of the combined chemicals effects
Super cryotube mixes are where people can really shine though.

Yeah, I'm pointing out that it's not really abusable so that's a good thing.
Also RIP hyperzine.
Pretty much useless now, especially for emergency response as a doctor.
