I usually refer to them as Jormungandr, which is the serpent in Ragnarok who fought Thor to the death, who ended up losing to Thor, but Thor was poisoned so he would later die.

Xeno-forms, to be honest that's what I look at them as, xeno-forms. They are a biological mystery and possibly a native of the planet, xeno-form is the most fitting for me.

Bitches and fuckers when I'm a marine and fighting them. Lizard bugs when people on first deployment are asking what we are fighting down there. I should also try to use Xenos or Xenomorphs when I'm an officer more often.

Really the way they're chitinous and man-shaped and have this vaguely biomechanical look sort of defies easy classification, which I guess was the point in the first place. I usually call them huge man-bug things or something like that anyways.

Anyone remember when we called them communist rhino fuckers for like a whole week. I miss that.
But I go with "bug" most of the time, other times I just use a mean word like "Bitches" or something.
