I received some injury early in a round as a marine, I was handled by a baldie doc. He forgot to enable internal, alright, I take that as minor mistake. I was occupying an OT over half an hour. As wounded start coming, I was moved from OT to a roller bed, I got serious necrosis and other damage and switched between doctors, I was kept dying, revive, half-ass surgery, dying, surgery (doc: at least now you don't move). After over 10 times of reviving, I was dumped in a body bag. So I just spent the round watching doc playing with the body.

There was a kind of baldie Doctor, and I got ODed and died. He revived me, and I kept dieing and he kept reviving, treating me in between. Eventualy the CMO came and stablised me, then putting me in the Auto-Doc. The baldie did a pretty good job though, so I can't complain.

I was synth operating as a medical unit at the forward- forward operating base in prison. I dragged a marine back who has IB, organ damage and a collapsed lung. Being the good synth I was, I took out my stasis bag and began to drag him to the evac stretcher....thats when the baldie appeared, a delta medic no less he punched me several times and shouted "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" I told him I was evaccing a marine, he hit me again. He proceeded to scream at me while he dosed the dying marine with peri and quick clot responding "THEY DONT NEED TO EVAC! WE HAVE PERI FOR A REASON!" ....Oh no, I think to myself, a bald medic! I tried to explain to him that peri doesnt cure organ damage anymore but he wouldnt have it. By the time I managed to get the marine away from him and evaced safely, said marine had been ODed on peri and quickclot by the medic.

I played as an Alien recently and the second queen we got after the first one ramboed and died did not know how to screech or that being disconnected from the ovipositor was halting our evolution, even though they kept asking for more t3's. I think they were new though so I couldn't get too mad.

Sl's who never coordinate or talk once. I remember one time the Alpha SL only talked once, and it was to insult one of his marines who asked why he wasn't talking. He did not survive five minutes in combat and the spec took over for the next hour.

Sl's who do not pull back the second there squad encounters the majority of the aliens. They almost always get surrounded and die. Thats why I always pair squads together as XO.

Any PFC who steps in front of a spec or machine gun emplacement to shoot at the queen/T3 with their rifle. A rocket launcher/grenade launcher/DMR/HMG/Sniper does way more damage and might actually kill the alien, but its almost impossible to fire since people always cross in front of said weapons.

That was probably me if it was recent. I had horrendous lag and should have sat the round out, but SL was available as a late join. I ended up spending most of my time trying to fix the connection (disconnecting twice) and the rest trying to get help fending off two hunters doing hit-and-run attacks on the medevac area. I think I ended up dying as part of the XO's push.
But you know, it's a medium RP game and there are good and bad ways to respond to baldness. Objectively I was definitely doing a shitty job, but if as a SSgt some Privates are mouthing off about how I'm a retarded bald mute who's shit at herding cats, I'm going to respond in an IC way - in that case, punching them and telling them to shut the fuck up. But IC is IC and any bad blood ends with the round as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway, yeah, as medic and doctor getting 'help' is a terrifying thing. Definitely treat and don't medicate if you arrive second. I've had Doctor rounds where another doc literally grabs a patient out of my hands, so it was a pleasant surprise recently when someone worked really well with me to keep someone with around 150 damage stable during the surgery.

Round I was just in involved me sitting in a stasis bag in medbay lobby for an hour and thirty minutes. My injury was getting burst-fired by a Delta who accidentally fired a gyro rifle into my chest. I didn't get to do anything else that round. That shit was not fun at all.

Apparently, there were barely any docs, and the ones that were there were not all that experienced.
