I believe that all types can use the regular rifles, but there are class specific weapons that only they can use. So you CAN use one, but I am not sure if he decides whether that would be a benefit for the squad or not. And again, on my earlier post, I want the only the finest stealthy tacticool armor, perfably with that scarf thing and night-vision operator googles and stuff like that. Sorry for not clarifying that earlier.

Yes that IS possible. By default ranger starts with a shotgun so i'd have to actually go in and change your weapon.

Armor customization is pretty shallow, it doesn't stay the same if you equip better armor either. The helmet was the best i could do in terms of "tacticool"
