The idea was to BE when I felt appropriate, but if I wasn't sure a be was a good idea and wanted to do it regardless I'd ahelp to run it by staff.

An example being after a mutiny, whether or not I BE the surviving mutineers

alright, just covering the basics. back when I first got interested in the commander whitelist a bunch of BE drama happened so I figured be on the safe side, but you're right. from the BEs I've seen you'd have to have a pretty shit reason to BE someone for it to become an OOC issue, and who doesn't like a juicy player report or two? thanks for the +1!

I've seen her play XO and she does it well. Even with an empty CIC they can handle all four console effortlessly.
