here's a few things you need to know

2. When Balto is CO prepare for hell, and a lot of salt
3. Don't try to apply for ANY applications until you're known by literally EVERYONE basically. Popularity here = application approval
4. Don't meme too hard, and when applying for a whitelist don't meme at all, even if you plan to just meme all the time as CO, it will get insta'banned even though 90% of all those who CO meme all game every game they do it admemes are picky like that so like #3 popularity = approval
5. If a mod finds you lying or causing drama prepare for the inquisition
