I’ll have to agree with the others, I never really get mad about losing or anything, I rather enjoy losing, going down with the ship is always a fun thing. I also enjoy a good bit of RP, it just seems you have the wrong mindset, gonna have to -1

Re: Viperious DeLamoure Commander Application.
I mentored you recently as CO on a round and you seemed to be pretty into learning, and not at all as harsh, hotheaded, or angry as the comments would entail, maybe you're already trying to improve. While I certainly can't give you a +1 since I still don't have much experience with you, I'll just give your some reminders or tips that you may or may not use.
1. Use the command announcements more, you don't have to save them for anything, there's just a 60 second cooldown on them. You started getting pretty good about it near the end, so that's good.
2. Relax a bit on the micromanagement, while you certainly weren't scrutinizing every action of the marines, you still tried to be the one giving orders while the SLs and SOs had little room to improvise or move, which, in my opinion, I think a more relaxed leadership role where you rely on the quick thinking and actions of the SOs and SLs on the ground will get you further as they both get and can react to information faster than you can in the CIC.
3. Give marines reminders more. Often times I find that the best thing to do as a CO/XO is just to remind them to do stuff. Call in CAS, remind them when the next bioscan in, tell them where contact is and what's going on, remind them the status of MEDEVAC, etcetera.
Good work that round, by the way. For an Ice round, you held pretty long. Your reputation in my eyes isn't what it seems to be for these other players, so that's a good step forward.
Also, those tips are just my personal way of viewing the role, you can lead however you think works. Good luck in your future applications.

Re: Viperious DeLamoure Commander Application.
I wish I got to this sooner, but alas here we are. I’ve had you under my command as XO quite a few times, and I agree, that in those times when you were just starting out you could be a little hotheaded if things didn’t go to plan, which is understandable, but not good behavior for A CO. Recently, though while I haven’t been CO for you, i’ve been really happy with what i’ve seen while playing under your command, as you’re more laidback and have found your own style to commanding in my opinion. I feel that this app was made a little too soon, and for that i’m giving it a -1, but don’t fret Viperious. give it a month, and show others your style as aCO now, and I have not a doubt in this world that next time around you’ll have it in the bag.

Re: Viperious DeLamoure Commander Application.
To be honest, I don't trust you to command properly. I've noticed little things you do when in command such as always getting a HPR as SL and reacting badly when things are denied. But we already got some bad commanders whitelisted, so I'm neutral
