Getting to this tonight. Should anyone have anything else to say, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Re: CO Report - Pierce Jackson
From the things I've said about Marcellus having the whole anti command gimmick, I do admit he has toned it down a ton lately for the better. That is all.

Re: CO Report - Pierce Jackson
Right, so I don't see this much more than an IC issue dealt with via IC events.
A. Using LZ2 is not, and never will be, a valid reason for anyone to be punished. Using LZ2 is not trolling, it's not throwing the round, it's simply the avenue of attack the commanding figure of the USS Almayer is using that round. I understand that this tactic on Ice can lead to shorter rounds, but that is simply the current design of the map and not a fault of anyone sending people to LZ2.
B. The Commander does not have to step down because people don't like him, he's the Commander of the ship and everyone there should be following his orders. Players are able to try to overthrow command but it's just that, overthrowing. If you join into a mutiny, you have to be ready to face the possibility you could die or get permanently killed during the fight. The winning side should always try to get as much medical assistance out as possible but saving everyone is unlikely.
C. If you're a mutiny group and you're stepping into the CIC, you're basically saying, "hey, we're here to overthrow you." If you want to work things out peacefully you'd want to talk it outside the CIC or anywhere else on the ship. You can ask the CO to meet somewhere to talk or whatever you want but if you forcefully enter the CIC you're almost always showing hostile intents. The CO actually having people and supplies to defend the CIC is not breaking any rules and is pretty much just common sense.
D. While you, Chaz, are free to make any reports on anyone, anything that is you clashing with a CO is you looking for trouble so if you don't want to have your round spoiled by a CO killing you or something, I'd advise you just stay away from them.
Resolved - IC issues resolved ICly.
