What the FOB?!

Yesterday, there was one round on Solaris Ridge where the big-brained marines, for their major FOB, built one layer of barricades. Inside the hangar. Without any mines, mounted guns, or anything besides ammo boxes.
Needless to say, one boiler shot and then the Queen rushing the FOB resulted in the marines losing LZ1 in about 20 seconds.

I don't see anything "WHAT THE F...OB?!". Probably there was only one engineer that was actually doing something usefull. That cade layer around entrenance looks pretty good and I can see somebody tried to build sandbags outside. Double layer is what concerns me, just a new engineer who thought it was a neat idea nobody ever tried.

Everyone rushed, get wiped out and returned to the one engi land. This shows that there is no counter against could-screech combo besides throwing numbers at cades.

The counter to queen screech is to create regular walls that block vision/ boiler gas/ enemy bullets going deeper into the FOB.

The RO that round outright refused to send any FOB supplies down beyond what engineering donated to them. They were sitting on a stack of 240 points through most of the round, and insisted they reserve it all for the cost of spec ammo. By the time they were convinced to spend something, evac had been called.

The FOB's design wasn't great, but even a seasoned engineer would need more of an investment from cargo to make it truly defensible
