Other than that, bald medics, bald support, bald command, anything bald tends to shorten the lifespan of a PFC significantly.

It's your duty to say where you are when you get pounced as you will always answer drop your location faster than the SO will. From 15 seconds. Those seconds can save your life.

Hurts so fucking bad. I think the only time the rifle was actually really good and comparative in a meta build with a shotgun was when it had the QF. Buckshot wrecks house while slug has more damage per shot and about the same functional range with basic attachments like RDS and or Vert Grip.

At range you'll rarely get more then one shot off at a time so slugs are basically more effective in everything but a super fast push, since they're still really good in a push because they stun. And if all else fails you can just change your ammo load to buck for ez win.

theres this little verb called "toggle firerate", you need to enable it for EVERY DIFFERENT WEAPON and what it does is make your character continue aiming while firing a burst, making most bullets hit the xeno in question. it improves your effectiveness a hundredfold and isn't enabled by default which is so annoying.

It's for the hostage-taking system only. With it on, you stay targeted when someone does a forbidden action and keep firing at them if they keep doing shit, with it off you'll only fire once then stop targeting.

My least favorite thing is when I get hit by a spitter, and then dragged away as the spitter's buddy constantly spits me down until I get crabbed. Like damn bruh, give me a chance to run away.

For me, it's getting perma stunned by spitters, or getting endlessly pounced and slashed by lurkers who proceed to kill both you and the other 1-2 marines that try to save you.

It gets the job done, but only in numbers, which is the MO of the marines.

You may think "well shotgun is so much stronger at close range" - yeah, close range, where you're gonna get pounced, dragged, and molested if you fuck your shot up in any way.

If you still think M41A isn't very strong use an M39 for a bit.

Probably one of the things I hate is the inconsistent greed of Req half the time: they'll hand out AP mags like candy (3-4 per person!) and then refuse to buy any more mags before the drop when they inevitably run out, at which point they'll insist on only buying ammo crates and not preloaded mags, as well as not sending down standard ammo for the people who didn't get to have AP mags, so if you're a Marine that went for the pulse rifle and are one of the last in line, god help you when you start to run dry if everyone else is making a point to recover their own AP mags and looting bodies for them when they already have 3 full AP mags.

That BCed AP ammo is the only way to do useful damage with the rifle. At this point, people just pull out two pistols with quickfire and do more DPS than a standard rifle. The alternative is an ass expensive HPR, but at that point, just buy two crates of AP m41a ammo for maximum point efficiency.

I would suggest just making the rifles burst fire have really low(or endless) cooldown, but balance it by overheating the gun and causing burn damage on your hands, so the last stands you have as a marine, are REALLY last stands.
