I like the idea of a imminent meltdown.
Here is my take on a winning condition as well.
You could have it so there is a more intact but older model of a military vessel which with the sualco’s remaining parts could be fixed to working condition and the location of this ship could be random each round.

+1 for more maps and such. I'd love this, even if it was just a different map with shuttles going to an asteroid or planet.

A limited supply of air?!
Hell no but I have an idea.
Marines need to find the damaged O2 unit that produces oxygen and repair (with parts somewhere around the map) it to a have stable supply of air so marines can create a air zone somewhere on the new Sulaco so they can have a place to rearm/ repair.
They should already know about the xenos ( depends if admins give intel or not) so they should be preped. Limited ammo though, that's the only downside. Only have an armoury barely functioning with broken or functioning weapons/ locked, power is near fudged caked, medbay just operational.
Alien victory is just the same.
Also a winning suggestion and tie:
They can either fix a universal radio to either call for an evac from a different ship or call a nuke to sacrifice themselves for the good of humanity to destroy the planet or evac and nuke. (depends on the situation like marines out manned and gunned = nuke, marines holding but cannot fix Sulaco = evac and finally, fixed the radio out gunned and manned while loosing soldiers , territory, O2 but still alive to get a signal = evac + nuke = marine minor victory)

I like it and yeah limited O2 I think I will get rid of but besides that it looks good
