Continuing this is pointless. RavingManiac made a mistake and the round got out of control. He learned from it and apologised already. He now knows not to use mines in such a manner and to give extra help to a side should they be badly damaged like that.
Mistakes were made, and lessons were learned. No administrative action is necessary in this case. Resolved.
