Well, I'm denying this application, for a number of reasons:

1. He's still staff on UT
2. I've been looking into his references from UT and I have received an INCREDIBLE amount of negative information. From players, Staff, and even people from other servers who had interacted with him, and just heard that he was applying here.

Typically, I'd give you an opportunity to defend the charges, but it's the exact same thing, from so many different people, and it semi-lines up with a few minor issues from when you were on CM.
