One of the cryotubes is not properly connected to the oxygen canisters.

Medbay has no defibs.

Medbay cannot manufacture artificial limbs.

Pump Shotgun verb brings up a list of mobs to choose from, instead of pumping the shotgun in hand.

The pump shotgun is now under objects instead of weapons which is super buggy as Objects tab constantly changes positioning. Also using pump shotgun will ask you whos shotgun you want to pump making it extremely slow to pump a shotgun. Finally bayonet mounting doesn't seem to work on Shotguns.

Oh and almost forgot whenever limbs are removed the sprite doesn't change and you still appear to have all your limbs. (I noticed this when a marine shot themselves and their head flew off but the sprite still had a head. Not sure if normal limb removal is a thing now or what.)

Oh right, one thing i saw- Monkeys once chestbursted look exactly the same as before. Makes it really difficult to know who to remove from the nests without examining each and every one.

Researchers can't build any of the good good because ores such as diamonds and silver can no be put into the Prolathe to construct items.

This is because the cryotube injects occupants with soporific whenever there's a reagent transfer from its beaker to the occupant; injecting him with dylovene via the sleeper such that he has more dylovene in his system than soporific will fix this.

Unfortunately it's something most Medbay staff are not aware of.
