Sniper Rifle/ Scope Rifle does all of 0 damage at range, unless you need a clear straight line of fire and it can't fire around corners/any direction except straight down the line your character is facing.

Brig cells are bugged, you can't lock the lockers and they don't auto lock themselves when you set a time.

Also middle cell has no door.

When shooting an alien. acid seems to splash you from any range. usually instacritting/incaping you.

With overwatch, unless the SL joined at round start or through the auto-assign system, the system wouldn't accept them as the SL, and couldn't have one added manually. Also can't use the overwatch consoles whilst sitting in the chairs in front of them.

For those of you having trouble loading into the game. Do NOT join in. Right click on the window bar at the top, click 'Options and Messages.' The status window will show if you are still downloading resources. This is NOT a bug, this is an issue with your computer and connection not downloading the craptonne of resources that we have on the ALPHA.

Attempted to contact Weyland Yutani via four separate attempts to send a fax. Spoke with SASoperative and UnknownMurderer who were on at the time and both report that they were not receiving any of the faxes.

Is the effectiveness of the fax machine tied to the Sulaco's power? The ship was losing power because of a blown engine, so I'm not sure if it was a bug or something else affecting the transmission.

Confirmed by SAS and Unknown. However, I am told that you should use the "pray" system as a communication tool. Also, I'm not an UnknownMurderer. Just UnknownMurder

This morning I was liason, the fax worked fine for me. I received 2 faxes from WY.

I was sending fax to WY and I don't think they were getting them.. However they did give get my command Fax that I sent to High Command. Seems to just be the WY fax'es they don't get :/

Colonial Marines Version: (Alpha or Regular): Alpha

Bug Description: When doing surgery on a table it bugs out between steps, forcing you to place them on the table again in order to get the surgery to work, (otherwise you stab them)


Steps to reproduce:
1. Put guy on table
2. Try to surgery him
3. End up stabbing him on help intent because of bug

Resin nests can be placed on pre-existing structures and other structures can be placed over nests. Nests also cover items such as eggs and facehuggers, allowing for some cheesy hidden trap tactics.

There's a issue with the MP uniform right now.

Currently they spawn in with Marine Fatigues and a Marine Backpack... however in their security equipment locker there is the Security Backpack and Security Uniform.

SO you end up with half the MP's looking like marines and the other half looking more Security/MP like.

Please spawn MP's in with the Black Security uniform and security backpack on from start.

Specialist Sniper Rifle - I tried it and it's not exactly promising, The cooldown per shot is kinda too long.. if it did more damage then it would be worth it but currently using an SMG is way more effective, heard there was a bug with the range on it so that may need looking into.

Most likely just spawning in the infinite hell-void that is the title screen, but strangely as it is, it seems Dream Seeker is incapable of figuring out where in the flying hell it tried to spawn me, since Dream Seeker crashes any time I attempt to utilize a verb, even admin-help, rendering the Alpha tests and any form of gameplay CURRENTLY unplayable on my end if not for others.

ED: A proper check revealed I had resources downloaded.

ED2: Fully deleted Byond's cache and re-connected after round-end. Bug N/A.

You can't still melee with a bayonet'd weapon any kind of mob, just resin walls...

You can use the bayonet if you have the weapon one handed, but it does not produce any damage.

Queen locator for aliens isn't working..

at times it doesn't.. other-times it's completely off.
