Huh? 30 seconds? What the hell are you talking about?

The Scoped Rifle has a 6 second cooldown between shots and does up to about 170 damage total with the fire. It's fine.

Yeah, theres like a two second reload, if that. I don't know where he got thirty seconds from. The rifle's good now, in my opinion.
