Cargo techs man... They just don't understand. Also at the start of the round there's about 10 different crates (3 o2 containers) that I usually bring to cargo, O2 to store in a better place, and crates for points.UnknownMurder wrote:Who in their mind would drag it across a horde.

That's not a justifiable reason to use power loaders in combat whatsoever, sorry.Evilkyle24 wrote: Implying that anyone who plays on this server space station 13 is in their right mind.
Actual justifiable reasons: As a last resort against the alien foe, or as a survivor.
Mindlessly charging at aliens is really easy to tell from a glance of the environment.

The problem with that argument is then what becomes a "last resort?" According to dedchat tears it should be against the rules to even look at the Ripley anywhere but the immediate cargo area, let alone the Sulaco as a desperate attempt to repel the boarders as a rag tag team of six dudes.
Personally, so long as it doesn't go planetside without express CO permission and reasoning and it gets a minor speed nerf I couldn't care less. Get good at being robust.

I never said it was. Where did I EVER say that it was in that sentence? How do you see that sentence as a justification for using them in combat? I'm answering UM's question.1138 wrote: That's not a justifiable reason to use power loaders in combat whatsoever, sorry.

then we will decide that based on testimony from the person operating the ripley and anyone involved.Gamerofthegame wrote:The problem with that argument is then what becomes a "last resort?" Remember, if nobody ahelps that it's an issue/unfair, we will automatically assume nobody minded and everyone can continue having fun.
