You won't see other marines trying to stop a marine most of the time because it's impossible to successfully arrest a person without restraints, the only ones with restraints are MPs and SLs as far as I know, engineering could make restraints with the cables but there job is not to arrest people is to keep the ship working.

+1. I've had people steal my spec gear before, including my ID after I went SSD for literally 5 minutes to re-connect. It's annoying as all hell, seriously. Even moreso considering how hard it is for some people to get spec.

It is awfull, though if I'd see a braindead Spec in underwear after Brief is finished, I would DEFINITELY take his ID off and will go find SL of Spec's squad and hand ID to him.

Why not just put him in cryo instead? Then if he's really gone someone will take his job.

You never forget about the Cryo, because half of the time you would ghost before making it to the Cryo Sleeper.
