I really don't have much room for weapons as a medic. Webbing would help, but I spend way too much time customizing my medkits and such. I replace 90% of the standard supplies so I never get to requisitions in time.
Suit storage - M41A
Hand - M41A
Armour storage - Hypospray and a 10mm mag
Boot - Combat knife (big surprise)
The rest is medical supplies aside from a revolver in my backpack.

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
For my engineer loadout (assuming there's no other engy) :
Pockets: Incendiary grenade, cigarette packet
Armor: Two sticks of C4
Suit slot: Gyro RDS shotgun/RDS SMG
Webbing vest: Ammo
Offhand: Sentry Crate
Eyes: Welding Goggles
Head: Service Cap
Belt: Toolbelt
Industrial Backpack: two sticks of C4, incendiary grenade, light replacer, mine box, metal, plasteel, sidearm (.45 if shotty, .44 if SMG), ration and/or ammo depending on space.
Boot: knife
I love this as my "ready for anything" loadout. The main issue, however is if I can't get my hands on a webbing vest I might have to leave shit in prep. Though I can usually find one.

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
For me:
I go into standard uniform, helmets and armor stuff.
-Shades
-Boot knife
-m41a(with red dot, fore grip, and a bayonet)
-23 m41a mags(one in pockets, two in armor, 8 in belt, 6 in backpack, and 5/3 in webbings)
-brown or black webbings
-a health analyzer
-one medkit (any kind, preferably the red one)
-If possible insulated gloves
-if possible mesons
This assortment of gear will get you killed instantly when you're alone, but you'll never run out of ammo when engage in a large prolonged fight.

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
Oh, this is still a thing.
If it's the start of the round I get a knife, unmodded m41a, and 6 sounds of ammo.
If it's the middle of the round I just get a knife, and pick up ammo/weapons that I find laying around on the map.

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
Updated Engineer loadout
>Webbing vest: 5 SMG mags
>Armor: 2 combat knives
>Boots: Combat knife
>Toolbelt: Fully stocked including a multitool
>Backpack: 3 high cap power cells, one pizza box, 2 metal sheets, two plasteel sheets
>Gloves: Insulated. (Duh)
>Right hand: Sentry crate
>Left hand: Backpack with as much materials as I can scrounge
>Suit Storage: SMG with RDS/Light and Barrel Extender
>Pockets: SMG clips
Fort Testudo will always stand! Charlie forever!
Edit 1: For those who don't know, Fort Testudo, or the Turtle, was the Telecommunications-Engineering fort I built as Charlie Engineer planetside. It involved ten plasteel barricades, 13 girders, one sentry in the middle of Telecommunications set to 360 rotation 3 shot burst, and tables at each entrance behind the girders. Only open entrance is the one closest to the pod and one of the girders closest to the pod is a false door. SL that round was Xur.

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
Heavy Infantry
Back- M4A1 Rifle [Barrel Charger, Quickfire, Bipod]
Suit Storage- .44 Magnum [Bayonet]
Armor- x2 Incendiary Grenade
Webbing- x1 Oxycodone Injector, x1Trauma Kit, x1Burn Kit.
Belt- x6 10mm mag, x2 .44 Speedloader
Boot- Combat Knife
Pockets- x1 10mm mag, x1 .44 Speedloader
Eyes- Sunglasses
Mask- Gasmask
B18 Experimental Armor
B18 Experimental Helmet
B18 Experimental Gauntlets
I ALWAYS bring a painkiller, the pocket mags are for quick reloads in combat.
Standard Marine
Back- M1A4 [Quickfire, Bipod]
Suit Storage- .44 Magnum [Bayonet]
Armor- x1Tramadol Pill, x1 Trauma Kit
Belt- x6 M1A4 Mags, x2 .44 Speedloader
Boot- Combat Knife
Pockets- x1 M1A4 Mag, x1 .44 Speedloader
Eyes- Sunglasses
Mask- Gasmask
SADAR Specialist
Back- Backpack [x3 HE Rocket, x2 AP Rocket x2 9mm Mag]
Suit Storage- SADAR [x1 AP Rocket]
Armor- x2 9mm Mag
Webbing- x1 Oxycodone Injector, x1Trauma Kit, x1Burn Kit.
Belt- SMG [Barrel Charger, Quickfire, Forward Grip]
Boot- Combat Knife
Pockets- x2 9mm Mag
Eyes- Sunglasses
Mask- Gasmask
The attachments make the SMG nearly a rifle in terms of firepower, and i quite like it.
CQC Infantry
Back- Backpack [x2 Shotgun Shell Box, x4 .44 Speedloader]
Suit Storage- Shotgun [Barrel Charger, Forward Grip]
Armor- x2 Incindiary Grenade
Webbing- x1 Oxycodone Injector, x1Trauma Kit, x1Burn Kit.
Belt- .44 Magnum [Quickfire, Bayonet]
Boot- Combat Knife
Pockets- x2 .44 Speedloader
Eyes- Sunglasses
Mask- Cigarette
B18 Experimental Armor
B18 Experimental Helmet
B18 Experimental Gauntlets
I've been experimenting with this loadout, the shotgun seems to really scare the xenos. I'll switch to the Magnum if the shotgun runs dry mid-combat, and that packs quite a punch too.
[I'll usually be able to get the Oxycodones by bribing a medic, sometimes begging a doc, if all else fails I'll use a tramadol pill.]

Re: Your Favourite Loadouts
Webbing, first aid pouch, mag pouch, shotgun ammo rig.
Take m41a in the armor holster, and a shotgun on the back.
1 mag loaded in gun, 2 in mag pouch, 2 in armor, and 3 in webbing = 8 mags total.
5x10 handfulls of shells in ammo rig + 9 shells loaded = 59 shells total.
This loadout gives you a combat ready amount of ammo for usage of both shotgun and pulse rifle.
