A actual poll would be great.

Otherwise I would support option 3, making the game more optimized and efficient would most likely see a big payout in more quicker and easier to implement features in the future. Otherwise it goes from 1 to 2 afterwards.

I'm no coder, but what if your efficiency update breaks 2 and 1? Then you'll have wasted all that time for nothing, best to build a foundation on which to build on.

As far as "how much of these are already completed" goes, it goes in order 1-2-3. The xeno sprites are currently being worked on by not one but TWO expert spriters, and as I said most of the basic structure is already in place (there's actually a test method right now to grow bigger claws in game that nobody's seen).

The projectile rewrite I already have a guideline in place but no code work has been done yet.

The efficiency update is as you might expect gathering dust in a forgotten corner with a sheet over its head. This mostly means having to look through our process manager, find the inefficient code, and rewrite it from scratch. Often this means going into ancient relic functions that haven't been touched in over ten years because our server is doing something new that messes with stuff from the days of yore.

Wow, you need to relax buddy. It's just me here. Hi. Reel in the hostility a bit. I generally do just do what I want to, code wise, but with some really nice content on the way I figured I'd ask for recommendations on what order to do them in. I certainly don't have a marine bias, it's just that I do upgrades in batches.

Think of it like this -- with high marine bias codewise, it means that xenos are due for a -very-, very sweet update to balance it out. You'll notice the veteran players are not becoming annoyed about marine bias. I certainly know about it already and it's something I take into account with everyone's answers (I myself play all 3 with regularity).

213/231 quickest fix fist, lag issues have been horrible recently and anything to help would be amazing, plus projectiles right now are just somewhat bad, then probably the xenos, they dont really have much going for them right now it sounds like work on this would be quicker than 3 and this and would make gamplay much more intreresting, then efficency, it's time consuming and kind of needed now but if it's going to take the longest while you dont want to back burner it and forget it you want to finish what your currently working on first.

There are right ways to voice concerns about the management, and then there's what you just said. People devote so much time and energy into making this server not only run, but continually improve. This comes with little thanks and a lot of stress. If you're really so out of touch that you think that the devs show "nothing but massive incompetence on their part" then you can get your self-entitled ass out of this server.
