-1 If a Xeno could die instantly from a RNG headshot damege, especially something like a T3 that is ALLOT of resources alien wise lost, not only that but dieing instantly when you thought you had allot more health remaining as a Xeno would be a shitty way to go out, as it stands right now Xenos dont take that much weapon fire from weaponry prior to their death, to add a instant death factor in the form of headshot damage is just a big negative.
To boot, the bounce back of aliens is a large part (Atleast in my opinion) of why they are capable of continuously fighting, and engaging the marines on a even playing field even if said marines out number them with double their numbers. A slower regen in the form of regrowing limbs would just complicate that bounce back, significantly nerfing Xenos.

+1 more or less.

The general idea of being able to blow off Xeno limbs I enjoy, not sure about this method of implementation though. but I have to disagree with "exploding their head", Any chance of an instant kill I would not enjoy, plus you all know every marine would aim for the head to get those sweet kills and FF everyone.
