This was something new that I haven't seen yet. So I was playing as the Charlie SL. The marines were attacking the cave then all of the sudden, I got captured and hugged by a runner. I escaped the nest and fucked up the aliens from the inside while I was infected. I injured a few aliens and helped the marines push into the area I was captured in. This other marine and I killed the Queen while the aliens were fleeing. I was taken back to the pod and had a medic heal me the best he could. I was just waiting for me to die. When the pod landed, the larva inside me burst out of my chest. I got the text that says "You feel something ripping at your insides" , but was put into crit and was clinging onto life after the text popped up. I assumed that I some how didn't burst yet, but was really close to it. The atmos in the hanger messed up and I was slowly dying on the roller bed, with a hole in my chest from the larva. A medic came and pulled me into the med bay. He healed me to the point where I could wake up. I started screaming about the hole in my chest. I started asking what happened and how I was still alive. He was screaming over comms about how I survived a larva bursting out of my chest. I started screaming about how I was blessed by the gods and encouraged the marines to push in the caves. When I arrived at the med bay all the doctors were shocked that I was still alive. I was finally brought to surgery and asked a doctor to keep the hole in my chest. I came out of surgery at full heath and with a hole in my chest from the larva. The round ended soon after that with a marine victory. I ended with a battle wound that would last in my mind forever. That was the round that I some how survived a larva bursting. The End!

This is worse than when engineers cluster mines in a single area and not even bother trying to cover them up.

You can tell that, even if it was set to 360, the defenses would block it's line of fire. Clearly someone did not test things before setting up.

I usually can forgive people for being blind or not understanding what direction something faces.
But in the case of Metal barricades? i am preety sure by basic logic, where the yellow points, thats where the barricade is looking at, this is just fucking sad, i don't want to be a Engineer just so i can help prevent things like this from happening...
