The other day I was mixing up a kit for marines to safely use Hyperzine, basically just a pill bottle that has three pills, one 30u hyperzine pill, one 30u dylovene pill and one 5u peridex pill, I tested it and it allowed for super fass and is completely safe. So as I was mixing it up the MP's came in and attempted to arrest me for illegaly creating drugs, so without thinking I ingested one of the pills I was working on, 30u's of hyperzine, to escape from them, it worked! But then I forgot that 30u's of Hyperzine is incredibly deadly without the backup meds and I died next to the rasputin moments later, I was found, and then placed in the morgue, and all my completed pill bottles were recalled by the MP's and no one got to enjoy them.

There's some stuff you can do that's VERY helpful to team marine, but you gotta take pains to make it invisible to staff sadly... Slc in particular doesn't like that kind of stuff.

For more context for some that are confused.

I was CO for this one round, and at the time, cargo was in bad shape. The marines were complaining about long wait times and we were short on CTs, and the XO wasn't able to keep up, so I decided to come over to try to speed things along. The moment I got there, though, marines were bickering and accidentally discharging guns like idiots. I tried to calm down the marines, but ended up getting shot by accident about 2-3 times, putting me into the red and bleeding.

Everyone at the RO line was either amused at this awkward turn of events or shocked at how two marine's bickering nearly killed their commander, who was just coming to cargo to help speed the line up for them. I thankfully got treated by some doctors after the CL dragged me to medbay, but the event still fucked with my preparations for briefing that round, forcing me to wing it when the time came.

I never did punish the marine for his accident, though.. At least, I wasn't in the mood for it. I had better things to do at the time, and lacked the MPs to handle it regardless.

Basically my entire SL round yesterday. I decided to make a new character named James 'Fatherly' Merrick and go his first real round as SL. Found starts and I'm put in charge of Bravo. Among my team is the engineer, Adan 'Digger' Howard (surprisingly good with what little he had to work with), the Spec David 'Dixie' Forgottenlastname, the standard Persh Aggley, the medic Carl Houser and a bunch of others that elude me. Xur was our CO and we had a decently competent BO whos name I can't remember. We gear up and I use mind games to get the spec to pick up a SADAR rather than a recon kit. I would later regret that when Alpha blew his hand off and he spent most of the round in Medical but oh well.

We get briefed and put on FOB duty with Alpha. I decided that while Alpha focuses on the Nexus, I'll consolidate my men on the alas and fortify it. Trouble is, one of the Alpha fucks must have broken into Bravo prep or we had a second engineer who fucked off and died with the metal and plasteel, so our engineer only had one stack of metal save for what I could scavenge him, because the RO was tits useless that round. We manage to secure LZ1 and had a few run ins with the Xenos when one of the standards who rambo'd, Nyikolai, told us he was captured in hydro. Normally, I'd tell him he was shit out of luck and leave him, but my character isn't like that. He's a 70+ years old man who's seen space 'Nam and ain't gonna take no shit from no aliens, especially when his boys are on the line. Somehow Command didn't notice or care, because I packed up Bravo save for Howard and marched on Hydro. Thankfully the aliens provided little resistance and we found Nyikolai, freeing him and escaping back to the FOB, where I sent him back to the Sulaco when he complained of not feeling good. He must have bursted while up there because I never heard from him again.

Things go back to normal. But then the aliens attack the FOB. Alpha and Bravo defend with what's left of Charlie and Delta. Unfortunately, Alpha that round was full retard and FF incidents were commonplace. My Spec had his hand blown off and I was hit but saved by my armor. I deployed an OB and mistakenly told command to fire on X-5 rather than Y-5. The women's dorms were bombarded (happy international women's day fuckos!) but probably did better than with a Y-5 bombardment, as a Ravager and Runner meta'd the OB and ran to the side. Unfortunately for them I made a mistake in my coordinates and managed to kill them instead with no Marine casualties. Now I have a new strategy with OBs.

We repel the assault and Command tells us there's a mutiny going down, of all the possible times. Leaving Alpha again, I rally Bravo and we all head back to the Sulaco to help the CO. Apparently the XO, CL, a couple MPs, the Researcher and a colonist and some others were apart of it. (Delta SL was declared rogue but he was later absolved of all wrongdoing). Bravo hope aboard and deploys to hold back the mutineer forces. The CO and I gunned down the XO who was trying to disguise himself as an MP and later along with four of my men arrested the colonist in the medbay and held her at gunpoint while an MP arrived. With that successful but sordid mission done, we went back to the planet to meet another alien invasion.

Same as before, defend North Nexus. Unfortunately, SSD had taken a lot of Bravo and our Spec was still in the medbay and Alpha ramped up their FF game. Cohesion was lost and while I had a brilliant plan to flank the enemy, no one save for Persh and another standard he wrangled were around. With my two men, we set off but were stopped at hydro when the doors opened to reveal the Xenomorph Queen herself. She screeched at us, and we were hugged and dragged into hydro. Unfortunately for the aliens, Merrick is and always will be a fan of spaghetti westerns. He may have lost his rifle, but he had a backpack full of loaded revolvers. Getting up the second time, I shot a drone in the face and made my escape, looping through the medbay while a drone and a carrier have chase. We went all around the south of the colony, up and down Nexus and eventually I ran out of revolvers. With my boot knife, I fought the carrier and drone in knife-to-claw combat and even ran straight through enemy lines in North Nexus to the safety of friendly lines. Everyone was amazed, but James Merrick's war was over. A medic put me in a stasis bag and I was transported to the Sulaco. Unfortunately, I burst while in the stasis bag.

The CO killed the subsequent larva and somehow I was still alive and conscious. While rejoicing my victory, an MP came along and opened the stasis bag.

I died instantly. Marines eventually lost.

SO yesterday Bill FUCKING Carson was trying to get a mutiny against the CO and replace the CO to the XO and the XO, 2 survivors, one delta spec, and ME(was the CMO didn't wanna be in the mutiny) was having a meeting to overthrown Xur, the meeting was held in the CL office. Bill Carson was so stupid... he said it out loud RIGHT WHEN THE MP CHARGE IN....

Right I was playing an MT this round, and the MTs managed to trap a drone in one of the fucking compartments in the engine room. We wanted to fill it with plasma to kill it. And burn it



Little did we know, Many of the Xenos have died, and the thing evolved into a queen.



Right when we opened the phoron tanks, she screeched and ran out.

Making the problem worse. It turned into a Slam fest where phoron was everywhere.




ALmost all the people in here got killed but one, who killed and finished off the wounded queen from the SLAMFEST!
