Miserable Medics Sharing Tips: The Thread

You can click and drag the pill bottle from your belt to your character sprite to open it without bringing it to your hand.
Then, click on the grey background of the pill to grab that pill without having to bring the pill bottle to your hand.
This lets you have your analyzer in one hand and just grab pills with the other without having to shuffle things around so much.
And more importantly, means that the pill bottles stay where they are and aren't constantly being reshuffled.
You just have to remember which order the pill bottles are inside your belt because they aren't constantly changing position.

This isn't an exploit apparently, just basic SS13 game mechanics. It's amazing QoL for medics and makes the role just that little bit less stressful.

My light medic for when I don't want to stress out and play a real medic:

Headgear of choice
Armour: Ammo of choice
Webbing: More ammo of choice
Suit Slot: Sidearm of Choice

Backpack: Main Weapon of Choice or Satchel/Backpack with additional supplies.
Load Rig: Defib, Roller Bed, one of each of Bicard, Kelo, Tram, Peri and QC, 2 Trauma Kits, 2 Burn Kits, 1 Splint and an Analyzer
Medkit Pouch #1: FAK filled with a reserve stock of pill bottles of choice
Medkit Pouch #2: AFAK with the tric injector replaced with another stack of splints

Don't know if has been said here already but when you get a guy that can be fibbed DON'T TREAT FIB THEM FIRST! because you can treat as much as you like but if the guy goes brain dead on you then you have just wasted supplies for nothing
