How to not piss off a Doctor (and how to be one)

I usually don't get a reply if I'm on the Sulaco. But if I'm planetside in a casualty collection or makeshift surgery they usually respond and they'll call for me over the radio if they need something. If I'm not actively involved in a fight or rallying for an assault I'll get permission from SL and help out. Usually just to grab/request supplies or offer an armed escort between buildings but at least I feel like I'm repaying my debt.
