Going with a +1 here, application is pretty solid as many others have stated, I do like your application very much. I do hope to see you in the hunt.

Long time ago, I, Ka'Torag-na Halkrath, Skilled Master Hunter Of Prey, Unleashed an unspeakable evil upon Xenos and Humans! But a foolish Xeno Hunter wielder of robustness stepped forth and opposed me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore a gate of Salt of Solitude and flung em into the world of CM, and took out their Facehugger Capabilities! Now, this Xeno Fool seeks to return the favour, and undo my evil reign and of many other predator predecessors!

As a staff member Biolock is very reliable, I've seen him in ingame multiple time as a decent Roleplayer. Their story is a whole is fairly solid (Though this doesn't mean much as I don't deal with the Predator lore/Code of Honor). +1.

In terms of the application, I very much like it.
The name is unique (a personal preference, but it tickles my fancy nonetheless), as was the story. Though there are a few spots I could nitpick if I truly wanted to (from an English perspective), overall I quite enjoyed it and personally think the application on the whole is up to the standards that have been set.
In terms of Biolock himself: I've never had a problem with him in-game or out. I've come across Alex Crossman frequently enough as a marine and have had nothing but pleasant dealings with him.
Going to give this my +1.
