Memes Never Change is a lot more strict about rules, but they added a rule where raiders can be KOS'd and can KOS, which is good or bad depending on how you see it.

I became friends with a squad that took over the store and made it their vault, traders came in and out and we even got a plasma rifle from the trade!
Then the round has ended with us going on the train. TBH this game needs ALOT of rework, not just for the graphics or the weapons, but also for the NPCs.
The code also needs to change, it doesn't really meet the requirements of survivng. TG code is for mass griefing or allahu akbar fanatics.

P.S: If you see a Gunner or a deathclaw, RUN! DON'T LOOK BACK! DON'T ATTACK HIM WITH BULLETS CUZ HE HAS A TON OF HEALTH!

Running won't help you, you'll only die tired. Especially the Deathclaw. The only way you'll survive that is by killing him with the SMG

They should of just focused on the Vault for the beginning and expand off that. I think it'd be fun for the Overseer to have certain goals/experiments to do with the Vault population and all that. Otherwise I think it should follow the standard SS13 mechanics until something more unique can be founded and implemented.

You didn't miss out on much. It was a bunch of toxic people really, the admins on most of the servers abused the shit out of their power.

So I know the guy who hosts the Fallout 13 server. He's in my DND group.

Its pretty fun but it gets boring over time because theres no clear objective. Loot needs some sort of respawn because you rely on map reset to get loot. Theres ton of loot at first then barely any.

Power armour can be found inside the gunner base along with tons of weapons.

The medigun located in the vault is great because its infinite heal with infinite ammo.

Also the sniper rifle, the .50 cal one, can bust through the vault door with a single shot which I found hilarious.

Thats a new thing, different than the older ones. The owner is a total tool, worse than the previous ones. Bans people for "fail rp" when he runs around and rapes people randomly, spawns shit in for himself. It's a joke of a server.
